Time To Tone

Honestly I have been slacking a bit with working out, I find that I get into a rut of laziness or something and every now and then it spawns into a random workout. But that is the exact reason why I am writing this post. I know that when I let you all know... it will give me more motivation along with making me very accountable for my health and fit body desires.

So hopefully this spawn of random workout will last. Of course this fit desire is due to watching the Olympics in the evenings check out these abs. (Susanna Kallur)


Lily has given me some good tone to work with in my arms already but my real desire is this stomach tone I realize she is an Olympic athlete and I am a stay at home Mom but as my father has told me better to aim high and miss a little then to aim low and hit. (something between flat and tone and hot is what I am looking for)

I will keep my workout plan posted. If you have any good ideas for toning let me know.

P.S. When you are in your weight range your body loves to hang onto that extra back fat etc.

good luck! I love the hers muscle and fitness magazine. you can look at it online. just google it. also- the best way to tone your abs is with your diet.. that is where I struggle :) let me know if you find something that really works good!

Welcome to the PHM club! Of course, you're already a hot mom :) I'm glad the swimming competitions are over because I couldn't stop staring at Dara Torres' body. She's a decade older than me, a mother of a two year old and LOOK AT HER!!
