Amazing Cookies

I had to share this recipe with family and friends. Mainly because I want everyone to get fat off of them like I am starting to, yes I have made 6-7 batches since late Thursday night. The recipe is below the picture. YUM YUM
1 Lemon Cake Mix (usually with pudding)
2 1/4 cups whipped topping (cool whip)
1 egg
Around 2-3 cups Powder Sugar
Oven 350
Mix all ingredients except powder sugar together (mixer not really necessary). Prepare your powder sugar on a surface. The dough will be a bit sticky just drop it and roll in powder sugar making small balls. Put on non greased baking sheet.
Bake for 10-15 minutes depending upon size and type of oven. Again enjoy or if you are like me indulge. I never new I liked lemon this much.

Lily is getting so big, she can still go in between my legs but I am on my tippy toes a little.

First Time Painting

Lily put her heart, soul, and entire body into these paintings. So they are definitely worth quite a bit. If you go into this picture I assisted her in making some circles in the end. She kept wanting the bubbles on the counter and I ended up blowing bubbles onto her art, so I thought it should be called bubbles and to make these circles also. We plan on squaring them off and hanging them as art in our next apartment.

The Petting Zoo (Hey goat how are ya down here?)

Turtle born sometime before 1900s.

(Yeah whatever I will drink some juice now.)

Touching sting rays and sharks. Definetly something I would not even think to have Lily do.

(Can I get in with them, because I plan to throw a fit when you don't let me.)

Things also seen, Giraffe, Zebra, Black Bear, Elephants. They all were far away for pictures and Lily was too small to see them as well as other children, and I was to tired to deal with another (don't put me back in the stroller, now that I am walking I want to do all kinds of weird stuff, get lost and/or hurt myself fit.) She also did not take her morning nap, pooed twice, and did not want to get out of the kids stream area. Dirty, wet, and tired; Dad came to pick us up, put Lily in the car seat only in a diaper and before anyone else was in the car she was zonked out..... poor tired girl. It was a fun adventure though.

P.S. Mind the poo pellets and urine at the petting zoo.... I was terrified that Lily would eat a pellet or touch some urine and put her hand on her face like some of the children with lost parents. (Lost parents = Parents right there but not watching their child or children.)

Lack of sleep and perhaps sanity regained in one moment.

Lily is such a cutie she is walking quite a bit now. It was crazy the feeling I got when she walked a lot of steps for the first time... like an extreme proud rush of happiness that warmed me up and made me so excited. Her new thing is to carry around things (because she can now).

She just picks up the most random items, walks like she just got off of a saddle with them, and makes a large smile being so content with her accomplishment.

Easter Sunday

First Easter began with just a couple gifts, a puzzle and some bubbles. Than an Easter Bunny breakfast with art skills from Lily's parents.

Then we went to church and came home and took some pictures outside our apartment.

Then we went to a friends house for an Easter egg hunt, Lily enjoyed the rocks for the most part until she found m&ms in an egg, and since she did not get candy from us or the easter bunny that was pretty exciting, we left with chocolate on us all...yes my white skirt too.

This next picture is actually from Saturday, I was upset that they wanted me to pay at least for a 5x7 for 11 dollars in order to take any pictures with the bunny at all. So this is me sneaking a picture, the guys are behind the pillar.... hee hee hee

And finally we missed family a bit this year. But we dyed eggs ourselves.
